Torta de Mosaico!

Como he dicho, me encantan las tortas que representan un desafío y esta vez, fue así. Hacer una torta de mosaico puede ser bastante simple si solo se dibujan las piezas en la superficie, pero como me gusta igual complicarme la vida, quize hacer las piezas de mosaico verdaderas.

Así que tomé la foto del mosaico que quería replicar (uno de los mosaicos favoritos hecho por la persona para quien era la torta) y empezé a replicarlo en azúcar. Digamos que me tomó un buen tiempo en terminar de cortar todas las piezas, cuando de repente se me da vuelta el papel donde tenía puestas las piezas organizadas sobre la mesa y se desordenaron todas!!! Tuve que reordenarlas una a una para que todas encajaran... asi que esta torta realmente me hizo hacer un mosaico verdadero...

So, I took the photo of the mosaic that I wanted to replicate (one of the client's favorite own creations) and I started to di it in sugar. Let's say that it took me a long time to cut all the pieces when suddenly they all falled to the table from the paper I had them organized!!! I had to reorganize them so they could all fix in the cake... so this cake actually made me do a real mosaic... from scratch...
